Then around 6 pm our home info got added to the MLS listing. Max had a game at 6.30 pm, with Kevin coaching. We came home at 7.45 pm. A realtor and her clients were waiting in our drive. They wanted to see our home, immediately. We left and came back to them waving us down at 8.15 pm. They had a clean offer written up for full price, no concessions.
We, of course, accepted this offer. We are still in shock.
UPDATED: The buyers backed out of the offer. So frustrating. At least we have a guaranteed buyout since our home went under contract, though. (6/17/13)
